Cheddar & jalapeño sourdough 🌶️🧀

The kitchen smelled unreal baking this one off this morning.

Melted cheddar, a little heat from the jalapeños and that golden crust.

Perfect toasted with a bowl of soup.

Seeded sourdough 🤍

This has to be my favourite out of all the loaves I bake. I love the nuttiness the toasted seeds bring — it adds so much flavour.

Perfect toasted with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.

This time of year means one thing… wild garlic season 🌿

We always go a little overboard 😅
Wild garlic salt (with of course), wild garlic butter, wild garlic & cheddar scones… and this year I’m dehydrating some too.
