Spreading ourselves a bit thin today, but we've got a great team covering all our bases. Lily and my mum and holding down the bakery, Clare, carys and meg are holding down the coffeeshop and here at Eagles Meadow in Wrexham for their farmers market. Looking like it's going to be a great day and our bread is everywhere!!

Hi everyone 👋🏻

Just a quick post to say the coffee shop will close a little earlier on Saturday October 3rd at 2pm (kitchen closing at 1pm), we're finally getting a few days away and having more than one day off 🤣 so we're shutting up shop to head off earlier and switch off.

Bakery will be open as normal on Saturday from 9-12 (or until sell out).

What did everyone think of our brie and cranberry wholemeal sourdough today?
Got in this evening and paired ours with Mountain Produce oils and Mostyn Kitchen Garden apple c***r vinegar!! 👌

So something a bit different from us. Who wants to learn how to make pizzas from scratch?
10th October at 5pm, Brymbo Enterprise Centre have booked us on to a pizza course. Spaces are limited and they are filling up fast. If you want to book a place contact Sam at the centre.

Huge thank you to everyone who joined in on our Spicy Socials walk this morning. 20 humans and just as many dogs joined us on a 5 mile loop over to the Moss and back using many of the disused railway lines. Was great to see our regulars and new folk join us.
Join us again in 2 weeks time from The Cross Keys Pub • Llanfynydd, North Wales where Andy will be leading a walk.
