We’re really excited to be supporting this event hosted by Ma Baker Bakes here in Overton!

Bread, w**e, cheese and honey… what’s not to like?!
We’ll be there talking a bit about Beekeeping at Dee Valley Honey Co and what actually goes into making the honey you'll be able to try on the night!

It should be a brilliant evening and we’re looking forward to being part of it!

Limited tickets are available by contacting Ma Baker Bakes at [email protected]

When you have 35 six year olds in the bakery! Year 2 have been learning about Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year) so they needed to learn about the celebratory Challah Bread. So their little hands got busy braiding this delicious sweet dough. So very proud of what they have achieved. 🥳

Delighted to be teaching my ever popular Introduction to Bread Class at Llangollens Blas Cookery and W**e School. It is THE most beautiful space. You’ll knead, you’ll shape, you’ll bake, you’ll learn, you’ll eat and you will walk away with the lifelong skill to make real bread, with no additives or preservatives. The perfect way to spend a Sunday morning. https://www.blascookeryandw**eschool.com

As some of you may have heard, Oaks Farm Ice Cream Hut in Bronington was recently destroyed by a car crashing into it. I have set up a Just Giving page to help this small, local, delicious business to get back on its feet. If you’d like to help, here’s the link https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/oaksfarmicecream

Isn’t she lovely. My little bakery caught by the very talented Portraits by Scott Lawrenson So so so love this. I remember when it had blue plastic covering the windows, a rotten floor and soggy walls. What a beauty she is now. 😍
