Last year I donated '12 bakes in 12 months' to a promise auction to raise money for Oswestry Show and Oswestry Orthopaedic Hospital, today I delivered my last drop off at Dairi-Pak they got a Raspberry and White Chocolate Blondie and a Jammy Dodger Blondie to brighten up their morning 😊

As a rule I don't usually do celebration cakes I find them stressful and feel my traybakes are my strength so when I was asked to provide a simple Victoria sponge for my godson I decided to have a little bit of fun with it
