Cookie Pie Receipe🍪

•100gm unsalted butter, softened
•75gm light brown sugar
•40gm dark brown sugar
•1 medium egg
•1 tsp vanilla essence
•150gm maida
•½ tsp baking soda
•Pinch of salt
•90gm dark chocolate chips

Filling
60gm Nutella
50gm dark chocolate
Kinder Bueno pieces
Ferrero Rocher pieces

Method
1. Cream the butter, light brown sugar, and dark brown sugar together until combined.
2. Mix in the egg and vanilla.
3. Add the maida, baking soda and salt mix until just combined.
4. Fold the 90gm chocolate chips into the dough.
5. Press half the dough into the bottom of a greased 6-inch tin.
6. Spread 60gm Nutella in the centre (leaving about 1-2cm around the edge) add the 50gm dark chocolate, Kinder Bueno, and Ferrero Rocher in the centre.
7.Cover completely with the remaining cookie dough and seal the edges.
8.Bake at 160°C for 17–20 minutes.
