✨ Our Story ✨

Hi, I’m Rosie 🤍
I’m based in Wotton-under-Edge, and baking has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, my mum ran a baking-from-home business, which later blossomed into her very own café. I spent my weekends there baking, serving, learning, and falling completely in love with the magic of cakes and creating something special for people.

After finishing my A-levels, I stepped into the role of head baker in my mum’s next venture in Charfield. It was there that I truly found my path and decided to start my own celebration cake business, creating wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and being part of people’s most special moments. I later went on to manage the café, pouring my heart into it every single day.

Then, our little blessing Ronnie arrived in July 2025 💙
He changed our world in the most beautiful way.

Sadly, the café in Charfield had to close, and when my maternity leave came to an end, I didn’t have a job to return to. It was a scary and uncertain time but sometimes life has a funny way of pushing you exactly where you’re meant to be…

Because my dream had always been to open my own cake shop…
and now… I’ve DONE IT!! 🎉

This journey hasn’t been mine alone.
My partner Tom-my biggest supporter (and unpaid employee! 😄)has worked tirelessly to bring this dream to life. Late nights, long weekends, all while working his full-time job… you’ve probably spotted him outside the shop on a ladder, painting, sanding, and making a mess!

My mum, who has taught me everything I know and continues to inspire me every single day 🤍

My dad, who has helped turn this dream into a reality.

Last but not least, our friends who have worked there buts off to pull off this renovation!!

I’m so grateful for every step that led me here - and I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all 🧁✨
