All orders need to be made through Insta - delivery slots are limited so to keep things fair they all need to come through the same channel.
Menus are based on what I have available to bake with and change each week. Some ingredients are still tricky to find and I’m keeping my shopping trips to a minimum to keep myself (and you!) as safe as possible. Thanks for your understanding.

Alone/homeless/low on funds/finding things a bit rubbish this Christmas? Come see Paul & I at the Trollburger Shack on Trafalgar St under Brighton Station, 4-8pm on Christmas Day. We'll have plenty of food, loads of smiles and cheesy Christmas music😀🎄
(Please spread the word about this & help us make it loads of fun! Everyone is welcome, even if you just want to pop by and say hello)

Hey gang. So I'm flat out working non stop until Boxing Day and need to get these flyers and posters out in time for Xmas.

If buying a burger, feel free to grab a couple from the bar and hand them out to any homeless person you see or pass on to any neighbour you know has no one at Xmas. Or even if you know someone is hard up and can't afford Xmas dinner. Let them know there's a place to go on Xmas day.

If you happen to run a restaurant, cafe or some kind of centre that's frequented by those in poverty and are able to put a poster up, please swing by and grab a few.

Honeycomb Cakes will also be joining us on the day handing out free cake and hot drinks and also a shout out to Kitgum Kitchen for lending us a sound system! Also big thanks to Maria Aurora GM of BrewDog Brighton for offering to help with service. Big love to you all!
