Our super little Rofco B40 Oven is for sale 😢 Out of all SxW equipment, this one really hurts to see leave 💔

Ideal for the small bakery,
With stone baking surfaces.

It runs on a single phase electric supply so can be easily integrated into your production whether it be in a domestic kitchen or a small commercial set up.

B40 3 stone surface model (sole size 48 x 48 cm), approx. capacity for twelve 850g loaves per bake and with all three stone surface featuring its own adjustable temperature controls.

Comes with its own trolley/stand

Needs a new bulb inside.

Well what a week! I’ve not really been emotionally strong enough to respond to all your your most beautiful messages of love and support. Thank you so much, honestly I have been in bits reading them. My awesome team have been my absolute rocks today, and I couldn’t have got through today without them. I love you guys 😭💔What a wonderful community we have created in our little corner of South Street. This is me and my youngest soaking in the beautiful memories that we created here over the last 5 years. Love and buns SxW ###

Well, I don’t know how to write this or what to say. I’m afraid the axe has fallen on our little place and we can no longer make ends meet. This week will be our last week of South By West and we’ve got so much to say thank you for. Firstly, my most wonderful staff, past and present- we couldn’t have got this far without you ❤️ My marvellous roaster who have been our supporters ever since 2019. Our beautiful customers who have become my friends, supported us through covid, queued around the block to get our buns and waved at us when we did our home deliveries. Other independent businesses who were a shoulder to cry on (looking at you Cat Burglar Dough Co hello DODOand Souk - Worthing) Finally to my wonderful and supportive family who have not moaned when I did all nighters baking stollen, helped with social media, baked hallongrotta and were my biggest cheerleaders ❤️ Come see us to say goodbye- there will be tears!
