A very special cake to remember a very special Nonno ❤️

Included were a rich dark chocolate ganache, a light whipped pistachio ganache and a whipped espresso ganache option. This is a beautifully simple way to present cake when catering for large numbers as no cutting or serving is needed.

After trying my wedding cake taster box they selected three flavours

Red Velvet
Chocolate
Covered in a gorgeous whipped white chocolate ganache.

The sugar flowers were a mixture of roses, filler hydrangea petals and eucalyptus leaves which coordinated perfectly with the other floral arrangements- it’s the details like this that make the difference!

I just want to take a moment to THANK each and every one of you who has supported my little cake business this past year. Your love and trust in my creations mean the world to me, and I’ve been so fortunate to design and bake so many beautiful cakes for your special moments. 💕

It’s been an incredible journey, and I am beyond grateful to be doing what I love. The past few weeks of time off with my family have been refreshing and so needed, and now I’m feeling recharged and excited for what’s ahead. ✨

This one definitely deserves a place on the grid. I love the beautiful dainty handmade blue hydrangea petals contrasting with the gold accents on this design.
