This week is a little different for her though. A student Varndean College she’s joined us for her week of work experience.

Pretty different from the role she has at the weekend this week she is getting hands on with the baking and learning more about the postal side of what we do.

It’s been an absolute JOY to work with students at the School of Business & Law at the University of Brighton.

We provided a real life brief for them to work on (growing the UK postal side of our business) and over the past few months they’ve been busy researching our market, looking at our strengths and weaknesses, and devising potential marketing strategies.

I attended their presentation on Monday and was blown away.

Their ability to grasp what we’re about was spot on. And we’ll definitely put into action many of their brilliant ideas.

And another great photo for me (where this time I look like I have a real funky sunburn situation on my face - thank you projector).
