Dear Cake and Sweet Treat Lovers,

Thank you so much for your continued support and all the wonderful orders placed through our website, www.gabesspecialcakes.co.uk.
It has been a true pleasure creating vegan and gluten-free treats for your special occasions.

As a small business, we want to keep ordering simple and personal, so our website will close from March 1st.
From then on, all enquiries and orders will be accepted via email or phone (including WhatsApp).

A raw chocolate & orange cake, created without vegetable or seed oils, keeping the ingredients as clean and natural as possible.

Raw pecan, cashew & coconut base with cacao and orange zest
Fresh orange agar jelly

A raw chocolate orange wedding cake created for Emma & Ryan’s special day, a celebration of love that has blossomed for over 20 years. 💍

Decorated with handmade fondant pumpkins, acorns, mushrooms, wedding rings and colorful leaves, each detail was crafted to capture the warmth and richness of the season.

✨ A milestone birthday deserves a milestone cake ✨

For this 40th celebration, I created a gluten-free, vegan Sticky Toffee Pudding layer cake.
It's indulgent, rich, and completely plant-based. 🌱
The layers were made from a moist date, apricot sponge, filled with smooth vanilla buttercream and drizzled with silky dairy-free caramel sauce. On the outside, a glossy caramel drip and a mix of textures made the cake as eye-catching as it was delicious.

The decoration included:
🍯 golden honeycomb shards for height and crunch
🌰 caramelized walnuts for a glossy nutty finish
🍫 dark chocolate shards for contrast
◾ little cubes of dairy-free fudge for a playful toffee touch
🌟 buttercream rosettes framing the top
🍫 and the centerpiece - a bold, homemade chocolate “40” topper to mark the big day.

The finished cake felt elegant, dramatic, and festive, it's the perfect centerpiece for a very special birthday. And since I’ll be celebrating my own big 4-0 next year… maybe this was also a little practice 😉🎂🥂
