18th birthday cake made for my niece. Victoria sponge cake top later and chocolate sponge bottom. Covered in vanilla buttercream and pink coloured ganache. Decorated with her favourite chocolates and alcohol supplied by mum 😍🎂

Morning all.
So, I wanted to show you my "greatest show" piece this morning.
Made for my nephew who's mum and dad have always said to use my own creativity, and the theme was just Circus/the greatest showman and I wanted to push past my boundaries this year... And what better than to create an elevated /optical illusion for you all And here she is ❤️🎪🤹
A two tier with victoria sponge cake on top and chocolate cake on the bottom with the top tier held up by a performing edible elephant 🐘 (no animals were hurt during this process😂)

This one was made last year (October 🤯😱) and one of the most enjoyable ones to create.

Hi everybody

I must apologise for the absence of my posts.. I bet you all wondered where I went 😂
But I have still been here, making my creations, and I will be spending my afternoon adding them here to my page (sorry if you see spam, NOT my intention, however please feel free to share 😊😉😂)

So here is my most recent cake made.
Simple blue design drip chocolate sponge cake, filled with chocolate buttercream, covered with a blue coloured chocolate ganache and chocolate drip.
Nice simple but effective design, with the opportunity to finish the decoration yourself 🎂

Afternoon everybody

Hope you all had a lovely weekend.
Wanted to show a couple of cakes I have made over the last week or so

This first is a beautiful pillow design cake, vanilla sponge, buttercream and jam, covered with Sugar Paste Direct - SPD dusted with rainbow dust purple dusting to give a beautiful sheen ❤️
Toped with an edible gold painted crown made using Renshaw Baking modelling paste 👑

Will update you with the second one later made for a very special young man for his birthday
