Small cakes deserve love too 💕 I'm finally starting to bake again! Took a looooong break, but it's a new year and I'm excited to make some new creations.

Perfect for gifting to a loved one, bringing to a party or just scoffing on the sofa! You can choose for your box to be one of a few options.

No bake off related bakes this week (sadly, but also not sadly haha), because I've been busy practicing the cakes for my sister-in-law's wedding! We got to have a cake tasting today and it was very fun sampling all the flavours 🤩

I've always been a fan of cereals encased in sweet and sugary mixtures (shout out rice krispie treats), so when I saw caramel week was coming I knew I had to give caramel cornflake brownies a go seeing as I've admired pictures of them for a long time 😂

Anyone else loving Bake Off season 😍 This year I have a desire to try to bake new things that I haven't done before but wanted to try my hand at for so long. So the return of Bake Off has been the perfect excuse!

This week in honour of biscuit week I made Viennese whirls, they're a bit wonky, but for my first time I'm very happy with how they turned out! My goal is to make something new each week that is based on that weeks Bake Off theme, so prepare yourself for a flurry of bakes over the coming weeks...
