Definitely one of my favourite bakes this year!

A 3 layer vanilla sponge, with a raspberry jam filling and vanilla buttercream 🧈

Piped some variations of pink and white roses and bits of greenery, finished with some edible pearls and glitter and a white chocolate drip ✨

Don’t fancy a birthday cake? How about a brownie stack? 😂🍫

18 pieces of triple chocolate brownie, covered in homemade chocolate ganache, fresh strawberries, edible pearls and chocolate minis just to add to the calorie count 😂

I absolutely LOVED making this for Chloe’s 18th birthday! I hope you enjoy, don’t eat it all at once haha 😭🫣

I will never say no to a chocolate fudge cake request 🤤

📸: 3 layers of chocolate fudge cake, with a crunchy peanut butter filling and banana caramel. Chocolate buttercream for the outside of the cake and I have finished it off with a chocolate ganache drip, candied bananas and mini Reece’s pieces 🍫
