10 years ago... this was the very first cupcake bouquet I ever sold πΈ
Made with cut up marshmallows and fondant flowers, SO different to my bouquets today but I was so, so proud of it! It was bought by my parents' neighbour and once I started advertising my order book was always full! I can remember being fully booked and having to turn people away.
Fast forward 10 years and things feel very different. Is it the cost of living crisis? Has the novelty worn off? Or have people's buying habits simply changed?
These days I feel like I spend more time on social media than I do baking and if I disappear for a day or two, my views and engagement hit rock bottom π
I'm starting to think about getting my Christmas samples ready and I'm wondering...
Do people still want cupcake bouquets? What would you actually like to buy? Smaller/cheaper gifts? DIY kits? Online decorating lessons? E-books with recipes? Something completely different?
I'm not ready to hang up my apron just yet as I love what I do but I'd really love to know what YOU want to see from me? What will make you place an order?
Please tell me below ππΈ
