Steam will be closed from Sunday 6th September until Friday 25th September whilst we take our annual holiday!

We’re a very small team — just a few of us behind the scenes, so we’re taking a little time away to switch off, recharge and enjoy some well-earned rest.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused whilst we’re closed, and we really do appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Brown butter cinnamon swirl cookies 🍂

White chocolate chunk and brown butter cookie dough base, with a very generous amount of cinnamon, butter and sugar swirled throughout (think the filling of a cinnamon roll).

Finished with more cinnamon brown sugar and blowtorched to give it that sweet crunch.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted — but boy, have we been busy with a summer of love ✨

It was such a pleasure to be asked by Anja Potze Fine Jewellery | Worcester to bake their wedding cake and cupcakes for their special day yesterday. Being trusted with such an important part of the celebrations means so much to us, and it was a joy to be part of such a wonderful occasion 🌷

A three-tier wedding cake consisting of fruit cake (drenched in alcohol, obviously), lemon cake and classic victoria sponge, accompanied by red velvet cupcakes and classic school cake cupcakes.

Weddings always come with a huge responsibility, but they’re always such a pleasure to be a small part of.
