My Story
After having my daughter Isemay, I decided to hang up my high heels and step away from the Corporate world of Hotel Account Management to start earning a living out of a hobby I’ve always enjoyed by starting up my own homemade cake business. I’ve always loved baking cakes and desserts and I’ve equally always enjoyed sampling them! :-) So, to now be able to spend my time doing something I’m passionate about and love is an absolute dream!
I learnt to bake the old-fashioned way, being taught quirky old fashioned techniques and skills, but I’ve also perfected more modern approaches and can adapt my bakes according to the occasion or request.
Particular favourites amongst family, friends and customers being Fresh Cream & Raspberry Victoria Sponge Cake, Zingy Lemon Drizzle Cake, Supermoist Carrot Cake, Crumbly Fruit Scones, Zesty Orange Layer Cake, Super Chocolatey Malteaser Cake, Yummy Mince Pies, Banoffee Pie, Forrest Fruits Pavlova, Nutella Cheesecake amongst many others...
I bake cakes for a a variety of events and occasions; including Adults & Children’s Birthdays, Christmas, Tea Parties, Family Fun Days, Charity Events, Afternoon Teas etc.
