Hi everyone as we are able to get together again , soon we will be able to celebrate with family and friends . How about a cake to mark the occasions missed during lockdown . It can be as elaborate or as simple as you like , ie , a basic sponge cake in a variety of flavour or a drip cake or a decorated fondant cake .

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all staying safe and well. The kitchen is in full swing and the diary is open and filling up fast. I am currently not taking on as many orders as usual to allow me to adhere to social distancing rules regarding safe handling of goods and collection protocols.
