Well now the summer comes to an end its time for me to get back to my school job...ready for the new challenge ahead working with my little people! I have enjoyed making orders over the summer at a more leisurely pace and you have kept me busy, which has helped towards our summer holiday spends and keeping my kids entertained so super grateful for that ❤️

Just a polite reminder to give me as much notice as possible as from next week i will be back at work so cakes will be running alongside that job so plenty of notice is best for me to work round my main job. If you have a date in mind please get booked in as i can only do 1 cake order a day!

Here are just a few of my orders over the last few months and i finish my summer with some exciting orders, a mama mia cake and cupcakes, a wedding cake and 2 lots of birthday cupcakes

Not all cakes go to plan. Royal icing misbehaving on this cake too runny not setting caused a bit of a nightmare for me making snowflakes slide down the cake 🙈. So frustrating when things like this happen but understanding customers make it better. Love the glitter sparkle on this cake! A few lessons learned that royal icing behaves very diff to choc drip gotta learn as we go along!

Always love a customer that comes to me with a cake idea thats totally personal and me bringing their vision to life. A previous customer wanted a cake for her son who is in the navy who travels the world with his job and loves pokemon! So we have a cake with lots of little details to do with travelling, the ship he sails on and of course some pokemon cards. Thankyou to Franka Sutton for the card toppers that just finish the cake. This is a 7 inch vanilla and jam cake.
