Mince Pie Cupcakes - Almond Cupcakes with a festive mincemeat centre and topped with brandy buttercream, for anyone that fancies a twist on the traditional mince pie.

I baked these for the first time today, trying out some new flavours for Christmas and they were really nice. They just need a few festive sprinkles to finish them off.

A delicious G&T flavoured sponge drizzled with G&T syrup and topped with G&T frosting and lime zest.

This is the first time I've baked these and I wasn't disappointed. Not overpowering with alcohol but just a hint for a lovely, subtle flavour.
