Hello, My name is Emma Smith, I am a working Mum with 3 children and a passion for baking bespoke cakes and bakes for all occasions. I made by first celebration cake for my eldest child's first birthday many years ago and my love of baking has simply evolved over the years. It is my aim to produce cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and tray bakes that taste as good as they look

and I am very proud of the fact that my Vanilla sponge recipe that I use in my cupcakes has been passed down through 3 generations of my family (I have never found a more delicious recipe and I am sure my Grandma is pleased). In November 2013, I was awarded a 5 star hygiene rating from South Staffordshire Council. Thank you so much for taking the time to browse through my page and I very much hope to bake for you sometime.

This was the most nerve-wracking cake I have ever had to make!!! A gender reveal cake for my very first Grand Baby!! Mommy and Daddy were sent out of the room after the scan yesterday, whilst the Nurse called me to let me know if I needed to fill the cake with pink or blue buttercream!!! This has to be the most exciting secret I have ever had to keep 👶👣👶

Cadburys Creme 'Scotch' Eggs haven't appeared on the Emazing Bakes Menu since 2021, so I think its about time they made a comeback!!!!

A full size Cadbury Creme Egg, wrapped in a layer of delicious homemade brownie and coated in grated chocolate. Perfectly gift boxed and tied with ribbon, the perfect alternative to an Easter Egg!!

They are £4.50 each or a box of 4 for £16.00. They will need to be collected on Thursday 2nd April 2026.

NB - These Easter 'Scotch' Eggs contain milk, egg, cereals containing gluten, soya and as they are baked in a home kitchen, they may contain traces of all allergens and therefore are NOT suitable for those with food allergies.
