Seven years ago I made my first cake for a family member and it was then I realised I had the skills and interest for creating cakes. Over time I have made cakes for family, friends and for charity. ning new skills and techniques by myself to create deliciously sweet cakes and cupcakes that look beautiful, from making beautiful flowers to making my own sugar glass and creating the famous Disney Frozen ice castle. I am open to take orders for special occassions, excluding tiered wedding cakes at the moment. Ive officially got my Food and hygiene report and rating ๐Ÿฅฒ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰

Iโ€™ve been waiting for this moment for 14 months.

I passed my level 2 food and hygiene course months ago
I passed my food standards agency allergen course Jan 2025.
Iโ€™m official registered with the council and gov website.
I have all the documents for HAAP filled in and trained in.
Iโ€™m insured.
And now officially can say Iโ€™m 5 star hygiene rated โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

My kitchen, utensils, equipment, food, my knowledge of allergies and cleaning practises, my premises, cleaning products I use and how I worked and my paperwork documents were all inspected (my paperwork was actually called fantastic when seeing evidence of bakes Iโ€™ve done with allergies)
