Hi guys. Long time since I’ve posted. After lots of time to think. I will be closing Nikita’s for the foreseeable future. I set up Nikita’s in lockdown after being on furlough from my job. I never expected it blow up as much as it has. Nikita’s has allowed me to focus on something throughout the pandemic and I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity.
To clarify, I am SO grateful for all my
customers and to have been in a position
where I have been able to make a living from
this for the past year. This job has taught me so many skills and I've had the most lovely customers! But sometimes in life you just have to be selfish and make a decision on your terms. I'm not saying that this decision is forever and I don't know if and when I will be coming back, but this is the best decision for me to make at this point in my life. I'm a strong believer in doing what's best for you and to follow what feels right!

I have a stall at the Wolston Christmas light switch on!

There will be lots of cakes and sweet treats available. Including gluten free and vegan options.

We will be also serving a range of hot drinks!

If you’d had said to me a year ago that I would provide cakes for an Olympian I would have laughed at that.

Today, just under a year into my business I have provided cakes for Olympic Judo Bronze Medalist Chelsie Giles for her welcome home party!!!

I am so thankful for everyone’s support it means everything. I can’t wait to see what’s next 🥰♥️

I am so happy to announce that I am now supplying Nikita’s cakes and treats for a brand new cafe in Wolston called Maggie’s!!
Maggie’s will take place on Wednesday mornings between 9.30 and 12 at St Margaret’s church. They will be serving barista style coffee such as lattes and cappuccinos and they will be serving bakes from me!

Maggie's is a new café based in Wolston St Margaret's church. We offer barista styled coffees and a range of cakes and sweet treats, It's a perfect place to catch up with friends. We are a child and dog friendly place.

Due to the high success of the taster boxes. Who would like to see monthly subscription boxes? The contents in the box will change monthly. So one month you could have a brownie/blondie box and the next month it could be different flavoured rocky road.

After the amazing response about the brownie and blondies taster boxes. I will be aiming to have 12 boxes of these available on Wednesday for either collection from Wolston or postage UK wide.
Boxes are £15 (extra £4 for postage)
The boxes will include:

6 brownies (1 of each of new flavour) which are:
Caramel
Maltesers
Honeycomb Crunchie
Mint Aero
Fudge
Nutella

6 Blondies (1 of each of new flavour) which are:
Jammy Dodger
Cherry Bakewell
Apple crumble
White chocolate and lemon
White chocolate and raspberry
Custard cream

Hi Guys,
Sorry I haven't been posting a lot. I have been so busy with baking. I have also been working on some exciting new things and I can't wait to show you all!
I've been making afternoon teas, birthday cakes, chocolate drip cakes, treat boxes, cheesecakes and even made my first wedding cake for a lovely couple who love music and records!!
