Merry Christmas! 🎅🏼🎄💫

Baking has taken a bit of a back seat for me in recent weeks however I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has supported me this year! Baking has been a saviour for me in such difficult times so thank you for allowing me to develop my skills and keep my mind off everything going on in the world!

Here’s to 2022 and the Hope for a better year still full of cake!

📍 Wedding Cake

Congratulations to and becoming husband and wife this weekend!

Sean is one of my brothers oldest and best friends so when him and Bex asked me to make their wedding cake, I couldn’t say no!

However on this occasion due to the location of the wedding and already having pre arranged plans I was unable to transport the cake to the venue. My brother very kindly and under strict instruction took the cake and constructed it at the venue before the wedding. With only FaceTime for guidance, between him and his friends they managed to get it there in one piece, put it together and patch up any major issues (swipe to see them hard at work) so the florist could take over and add the decoration. A very stressful 24-48 hours on my part as I wanted it to be as perfect as possible for the happy couple but I’m pleased with how it turned out and have been told the cake was enjoyed by all at the wedding.

Bottom tier was white chocolate and raspberry, middle tier was biscoff and the top tier, lemon and lavender.

I couldn’t be more pleased for Bex and Sean after originally planning to get married in March 2020, they have finally tied the knot and I wish them a lifetime of happiness together 👰‍♀️ 🤵‍♂️ 💒 ❤️ 🎂 🥂

📍2 Tier Wedding Cake

I had the pleasure of making a wedding cake for my lovely friends last week. Bottom tier white chocolate and raspberry and top tier lemon and poppy seed decorated with fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and some fondant roses. Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Jelley, thank you for allowing me to create something special for your big day enjoyed by so many of your family and friends ♥️
