I make bespoke wedding and celebration cakes to order. I like to bake my cakes with the best quality ingredients with eggs supplied from the local egg farm shop. I have completed an intensive course with Squires Kitchen in Farnham and further courses at Lindys and The Cake Makery. My first wedding cake I made was for my niece and this was a 5 tier cake made with sugar roses and freesias.
