Slightly updated menu for tomorrow… please do contact me if you have any queries around the ingredients, I am more than happy to help and discuss them with you.

I was hoping to offer more than 6 cornflake tarts this week but the pastry gods were against me 😭 they are limited to just 6 again this week and I’ve made 3 pots of custard as an add on to see if you like them. Please reheat it in a jug or bowl, not the container it comes in. The millionaires shortbread isn’t quite the same as regular ones but hopefully you still enjoy 🥰

Thank you to Butterfly bakery who helped me with the brownie and blondie recipes, if you are ever in the Nottingham area do check out her cake shed 💖

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who visited The Cake Away this weekend… lots of new faces which was exciting to see! It’s just me behind the baking, and it’s a little cliche but it’s so true… every purchase and order really does go a long way in a small business, I really appreciate all your support 🥰

October is a busy month for me, I am unable to open the cake shed for approximately 6 weeks. If I opened next weekend, would this work for you?

And is there anything you would like to see as an option? What do you wish you could have bought this weekend? 💖
