Two birthday cakes recently created in the kitchen. They aren’t perfect but practise makes perfect right? The unicorn 2 tier consists of 6 rainbow layers and the top tier is piñata (filled with smarties, skittles and magic stars).
Frankies pool party cake is a gorgeous moist chocolate cake with rich chocolate frosting consisting of an edible frankie.

It’s far from perfect but my first lemon and passion fruit cake. Complete with passion fruit and vanilla vodka shots. Lemon sponge with lemon buttercream between the layers and a home made passion fruit jam running through the layers too. Loved making this one! And as I hear it went down a treat.
