A mixture of monochrome fondant, rice paper sails and a design that wasn't afraid to do something different.

Set against clouds of gypsophila, candlelight and a space flooded with natural light, the cake became part of the overall atmosphere rather than simply another detail in the room.

But luxury isn't just what you see.

It's the finish on every tier. The hours spent developing a design. The quality of the ingredients inside. The tasting experience, the communication, the planning, the delivery and the setup.

It's making sure the final result not only looks beautiful, but tastes exceptional and feels completely aligned with the wedding it's been created for.

For me, that's the difference between ordering a cake and commissioning one.

Katie & Mathieu’s September wedding was inspired by a timeless palette of white and pale blue, with beautiful florals from bringing everything together.

For this design, the bespoke lace stencil featuring their initials became the focal point. The pale blue silk ribbon softened the clean lines of the tiers, while the florals tied the cake seamlessly into the rest of the styling.

For the flavours, guests enjoyed Coconut & Passionfruit, Cherry Bakewell and Chocolate - a selection that went down a storm.
