Hi everyone, it’s Kayleigh, Kirstie’s daughter.
Sadly, I have to share the heartbreaking news that my lovely Mum passed away on Thursday 27th August, surrounded by the people who loved her the most. 🤍
Mum had so many wonderful customers, many of whom became dear friends. Mum wasn’t just a baker — baking was her passion, her happiness and a huge part of who she was. She poured her heart and soul into every cake, sweet treat and creation she made.
She also loved to teach and share her skills to inspire and encourage others. Baking and decorating is something I’ve grown up watching Mum do, and something I’ve learnt from her over the years simply by watching her work her magic.
In recent months, while Mum was unwell, I supported her in fulfilling her orders, as she never wanted to cancel or let anyone down. Her dedication to her customers and her business never wavered - even in her final days.
I plan to continue the hard work she put into her business, so that her passion, dedication and legacy can live on. 🤍
All orders that have already been placed will be fulfilled, unless you have already been contacted.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the love, kindness and support you have shown to Mum, me and our family. It means more than you will ever know.
