I mastered them rising and no longer coming out like biscuits and I started to carve and shape them, beginning to make novelty cakes galore! I now sell my cakes for many occasions...Feel free to have a browse around and look at the designs, enjoy :)

Sophie and David had a duck themed wedding yesterday (a couple after my own heart) and had a matching wedding cake...quack! 🦆

Fruit cake on the bottom, caramel middle tier and classic Victoria sponge on the top (it was so heavy I struggled to lift and move it!)

Imogen chose a rainbow butterfly cake this year and look at that end result! Love the simplicity of this and how the colours pop. That girl has taste! 🌈🦋

Another chance to recreate Ale Bonell’s design but this time in lighter colours to resemble Spirit for the lovely Lily who is 7 today.

Both times I’ve made this horse cake I’ve absolutely loved the end result, so simple yet so intricate at the same time 🐴

This week I made a couples’ allotment for a joint 70th birthday and 45th wedding anniversary. The cake was given as a surprise and I’ve heard that they were blown away 😊

There’s so much detail on this cake that one picture simply wouldn’t do so enjoy all of the angles 🌿🌱🌳
