And here it is... The biggest wedding cake in the world! Or that's how it felt taking it to the outstandingly stunning wedding of Sarah & Kev Plummer, at The East Close Hotel in the New Forest. It took two weeks to make the ruffles on this cake, to match the brides gorgeous dress, everything was coordinated, fantastic venue, fantastic event, congratulations! Evening guests were treated to a selection of moist carrot cake, luscious lemon, dark chocolate or traditional Victoria sandwich, and there was lots of it .... Daytime guests had lovely vanilla cake pops, also perfectly coordinated to look little little pearls.
