On Saturday we delivered our biggest order to date - 1,800 cookies (on top of our usual wholesale orders!)

I was BUZZING when Specsavers asked if I could provide a quote and even more excited when they confirmed the order. So a huge thank you to them for choosing a small, local business to provide for their event.

This is a tiny portion of what the five days beforehand looked like! I was terrible at filming content- we were quite busy baking! But we stayed efficient and organised and finished ahead of schedule 🥳

We got through well over 80kg of flour this week. And I chopped SO many Kinder Buenos 😂😬

Custom labels printed by VistaPrint UK

Labelling double speed!

Mum putting the lid on the last of the 24 boxes of cookies 🥳

One car full (never knock a Mazda 2- it’s a Tardis)

And another….because even for the Mazda tardis, 1,800 cookies was a stretch.

Finally destination! The ICC.

Who doesn’t love a surprise cookie?!

Or even better, a surprise box of cookies, sent by a friend straight to your front door.

The perfect gift for Birthdays, Christenings, End of Term, New Family member, Thinking of You and everything else!

Chocolate chip top up 😍 I’ve been putting off ordering more because of the heat but I’m down to my last 5kg now 😬

Out of office! I’m off to Morocco to escape the heat 🫠😂 Wholesale orders will be going out tomorrow and then all back to normal on Monday 1st.

Pack a cookie slab box with me ☺️

Bonus points if you can identify the podcast from the snippets.

On a side note I’ve been listening to podcast and it is excellent- very, very funny, I’m 100% their target audience and I’d like to be best friends with Alice Levine please (it’s not this one today as I’ve run out of episodes). Clog size EU 39.

How we make our cookies during World Cup season ⚽️ 🍪

They also make perfect snacks for half time 👌

Anyone else relate?! 😂

PS. There’s now a Father’s Day delivery option on the website and what Dad out there could resist a Sticky Toffee and Custard cookie. Much better than another pair of socks… 🍪 > 🧦

Taking reels back to 2020…

I’ve struggled with content creation recently - it all feels a bit overwhelming trying to keep to with the latest trend whilst forever feeling not cool and current enough.

But! These cookies are bloody great. So it would be a shame not to get them on the grid.
I’ve seen banana pudding pop up a lot lately ( does an INSANE looking one that I need to try) and I wanted to make a cookie vaguely based around the flavours and textures. Whipped cream does not post well, so I’ve gone for a banoffee caramel and vanilla custard centre with lots of different textures in the cookie dough.
