Homemade sausage rolls 🤤🥐 The ultimate comfort food!

There’s just something about homemade sausage rolls that hits differently. Crispy, golden, flaky pastry wrapped around juicy Cumberland sausage, with mature cheddar, sweet caramelised onions and fresh sage picked straight from the garden 🌿🧀

These were absolutely delicious — rich, savoury, cheesy and full of flavour. The caramelised onions add the perfect sweetness, while the fresh sage gives them that gorgeous herby warmth.

Perfect fresh out of the oven, but honestly… I’d happily eat these for breakfast, lunch, dinner or as a little snack with a cup of tea! 😂

Simple ingredients, homemade comfort food and so much flavour. ❤️
