This lovely lady is trying to raise £5000 for a bigger oven and instalation to help her growing business.

She isn't asking to give her money for nothing - you can pledge certain amounts to get certain things like brownies delivered to you, so really you're just investing in future treats for yourself 😁

It's the final countdown - woohoo!
5 days to go

£3,539 - it's fair to say I 'm blown away, it's also fair to say, it's going to be a challenge to meet the target when I have so much baking etc to do in the next 5 days. We basically need an average of £300 per day in pledges for the next 5 days.

What if I don't make it?....
Then I've had the balls to try - I mustered enough confidence one day to try and had more support than this daft Numpty expected from customers who have faith in me (or just want me to shut the heck up?)... Maybe a bit of both.

Either way - it's melted my heart and focused me - which was my main intention of this whole challenge.

Next Wednesday, if I am in the same position as now - with my crappy old oven and £15 Asda hand mixers.... Then I keep making good cakes with a crappy old oven and basic mixers - they still taste good right? And we save the conventional way.... I'm just not good at being conventional.

And also - this party will still go ahead so if nothing else, a bloody good party will come out of this.

I've had the caramel brownie and lemon blondie from here and they were heavenly 😍😍😍

Not posted in a while so not many will see this but if you do I'd love some help 😊

There's a possibility that a local business could start selling cookie bars with ice cream on Just Eat - is this something people would buy?

I used to get asked loads if I delivered so this would be somewhere for you to enjoy cookie bars again AND not even have to leave the house! I'd always tell people they were great warmed in the microwave and served with ice cream 😍😍

Whipped up in under 24hrs (including the black frosting) and was enjoyed with friends yesterday. One that I wanted to do at the shop but didn't get chance. Enjoyed doing this one just for fun - cookies and cream flavour 😍

Cherry bakewell cake inspired by Finch Bakery that I did near Valentines day ❤❤❤

Not getting much baking done now as my home ovens are rubbish but was nice having a play with this. The girls at Finch Bakery have a book coming out in August that you can preorder on amazon already. For anyone that likes baking, this will be an amazing book I'm sure 😍🍰🎂🍪🍩🧁

So I forgot to post on Saturday my news 🙈 oops!

Paperwork for closing the shop is fully done now and I'm not planning on doing anything from home. I still enjoy baking so may post pics every now and then and I'm still here if anyone wants any advice - just send me a message ❤️

Since closing the shop was done so quickly, I took home a lot of things I didn't have time to sort and sell, and I've now decided there's still too much at home so I'm going to be selling even more of what I wanted to originally keep (give me space back and hopefully make up some of the loss I took from the business). It'll all be going up on ebay when I get time but if anyone wants to message me if there's anything they want to ask about - a few people had a proper nosey round the shop and saw things I was going to keep but now will likely be selling so just ask. It's probably more stuff for people with home businesses or that want to buy specific things for their hobby. I have some opened bulk bags of the flavoured icing sugars in a few flavours. They've been boxed up since leaving the shop and it's sugar so dates are fine on them.

Please message if you want any info before it goes on eBay 😊 I'm working til til late tonight but off the next 2 days 😊
