We’ve been waiting for this moment for quite a while now. The business has outgrown our small workhorse of a pastry oven and today have delivered our new pastry oven. Double the size. Very very exciting! ❤️❤️

We’ve been procuring matcha from our good friend Dan at for the last few years and it’s super special. Dan was introduced to me by and when he came over for a tasting I had one of the most whimsical experiences of my tea drinking life. Dan opened up his vintage suitcase with apothecary jars full of tea sat on a bed of teabags and we spent ages sampling all his teas and blends. And here we are. Years later blooming gorgeous ceremonial matcha and having a glorious time ❤️. Big high fives to Dan the big ol’ tea nerd!! 🥰🥰
