This week is Refugee Week and we’re baking for courage. 🍞This is our Chai streusel vegan cake with chai buttercream soaked in Nemi tea chai syrup, our solidarity bake for Bake for Courage, a campaign we’re proud to be part of alongside other bakeries across the UK. Each bake was made by our super talented baker Eva who has used chai syrup from NEMI Teas 🧡 a specialty tea company and social enterprise that invests its profits into hospitality training and employment for refugees at their TRAMPOLINE Cafe in London.
Come in and grab one.
We’re proud to be showing solidarity with the courage of the Refugee community.
