Hey everyone. Couple more new bakes.
BOTH GLUTEN FREE & VEGAN!!🥳.
First up-Pistachio choc brownie,with a gf/vg choc ganache on top along with crushed pistachios and drizzle of dark chocolate.
Second-Banana and date slices,coated in a vegan toffee sauce. Think of sticky toffee pudding. D.M. to order.

Had alot of other things going on. But here baking gluten free treats.

When you know someone who is the biggest fan of sweets and fairies. This is what I came up with.
Gluten free white chocolate and a mix of haribo sweet and sour sweetie fairy garden biscuit slices.🧚‍♀️
Added in for more decoration fruit gums,fruit pastillels,drumstick sweets and some flying saucers. With a touch of edible gold sparkle spray. This was the sweetest of sweets🍭

When you get the brief for a cake and the customer is into black.
Here it is. A pretty messy gluten free,gothic style cinnamon bun flavoured cake. Filled and covered in a cinnamon buttercream. Decorated with cascading black roses and butterflies with a pop of a red rose and buds. 🥀🌹🦋

Finally got round to making this gluten free, caramel and pistachio shortbread.
Added crushed pistachios to the shortbread,layered with pistachio creme then homemade caramel with more crushed pistachios. Topped with dark and white chocolate,pistachio creme and extra crushed ones. As can tell really wanted the pistachio flavour to come through. Next time bit less caramel and more of the pistachio creme.
