Hi everyone, I hope you’re all keeping safe and well. Just a quick update, I’ve decided that for the time being I’m going to remain closed. This is mainly because I’m home schooling and I won’t be able to give my business and customers the professional service I have built my reputation on. I really hope you understand. Happy VE Day!

I hope you will all find a way of celebrating this day today with your immediate family and remember our heroes 💙 while you are celebrating can I please point out that whilst most of the local registered bakers have closed for business at this very difficult time, it seems we have lots of NEW businesses opening up. I understand the need for a little treat now and then but we are all closed to help take the pressure of the NHS and also because we are not experts at managing cross contamination during a pandemic. If you do choose to use another service can I please just ask that you are really careful and check the credentials of the party you are using. Many services currently operating do not have their EHO registration, insurance, or even a food hygiene certificate. All of these credentials can be shown in a message if they have them and you can also check the business against the councils EHO website. Please stay safe and be assured we will all be back very soon ❤

Last one before I’m all caught up... Happy birthday to my lovely eldest, Oliver. 16 this year! Something a little bit different for this one, a chocolate sponge and ganache book with polymer clay dragon so he can keep it long after the cake has gone.
