And….. I am back! 3 months in South Africa due to family sickness, I apologise for being soooo quiet (not that I’m usually terribly active on here…). I am back in full swing with your private orders but unfortunately, I am taking a step back from producing wholesale bakes for the lovely and . What a blessings it’s been to work with the beautiful people and amazing businesses throughout the last couple of years. Like most small businesses, running your own small business just couldn’t always pay the bills. Luckily for you all, I’ll still be offering cakes, bakes and cater for events! When we celebrate with cake - we celebrate in the best way. This beautiful cake is a zesty lemon sponge cake, filled with lemon curd, meringue and my signature lemon buttercream. Topped off with some Italian meringue, lemon drip and preserved fruits, all made here at The Little Dough Dough Bakery.

Coconut, Passionfruit and Mango cake is my favourite combination of flavours. I just absolutely adore how she turned out too. Decorated with fresh fruit and flowers, Italian meringue, coconut flakes and a Mango and Passionfruit curd. She looks as delicious as she tastes. Perfectly imperfect. The BEST chocolate cake you will ever eat! A rich, chocolate fudge sponge, dark chocolate ganache and fresh raspberries in between the cake layers with a hazelnut buttercream, praline and a dark caramel just to top it all off. She is sensational.
