Preparations underway for tomorrow's Pop Up. Open from 10am to 2pm.

I have available:

4 loaves of bread
18 Bread rolls
2 onion foccaccias
6 cinnamon rolls
Lemon drizzle cake
Coffee Cake
Salted Caramel Cheesecake

I also have a surprise bake. Which is from Australia, but we used to love it in South africa and I haven't made it for years... so pop in and see what it is!

As you know, I've been away this week, not for fun, but to learn new skills and touch up on old skills. Meet fellow pastry fanatics and learn from the best in our trade.

These are some of the desserts I leant to make this week.

A HUGE thanks to everyone who popped in yesterday, for all the orders and for helpingbus grow our new business.

Next week's pop up is Friday 10am to 2pm. Order in advance is appreciated and pop up for any over bakes please.

Bread is £2.20 a loaf and Foccaccias will be £7 ea due to pricing.
