What a day 🤯
Never imagined id rock up to work on a monday morning to the entire kitchen being under water.
I think I've cried about 7 or 8 times and im positive there's still more tears to come.
The entire contents of my kitchen is now gone.
All my fridges, freezers, ovens, equipment, utensils, stock, packaging, the flooring & much more.
We are going to be closed for at least this week with hopes of being back open next week (fingers & toes crossed).
I want to say the biggest thank you to my husband martin from M Shields Joinery for dropping everything and coming to my rescue.💚
Thank you to Craig from Craig Graham electrical for turning up multiple times today to make sure I didn't blow myself up whilst he made sure the whole of the building was now safe and secured and so our upstairs shop area was unaffected.💚
Thank you to Whitehaven Fire Station who came in less than 5 minutes to pump out as much as they could. The most amazing people 💚
Thank-you to J & S Skip Hire Cumbria who moved heaven and earth to get me skip so we didn't block the path for too long.💚
Thank you to Lucy Irwin who came down and mucked in even when i said she didn't have to, hope youve managed to dry off a little bit.💚
Thank you to our amazing customers who popped in to check we were ok to know we have your support is what makes us want to open back up 💚💚
