I was honoured to be asked to make this cake having made one for her brother earlier in the year. A 3 layer, 8" vanilla sponge with buttercream and jam filling topped with a mixture of edible and non edible images and decorations. The first outing for my edible printer and I'm getting much more comfortable using the cricut.

A 20s inspired cake for a lovely couple celebrating their wedding vow renewal.

10" and 8" vanilla Madeira cakes, one with jam and buttercream, one just with jam between the layers. Both coated with a white chocolate ganache under fondant.

All the decorations except the feathers and ribbon around the base are edible.

2nd cake of the year just 2 days after the first. This one is a 3 layer 8" vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and buttercream filling and fondant covering. I hope Jonah enjoyed his cake and the car. Always nice to have something to keep after the cake has been eaten.

First cake of the year last weekend. A 3 layer chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. The gentleman used to train and compete in the dog agility field hence the topper. Delivering on non gritted roads was particularly scary but I made it (and back home again) and the cake was intact.
