Craig the Baker Craig the Baker Traditional Artisan Bakery supplying hand crafted bread and pastries in North Shropshire. Opening May 2012.

Using local and UK ingredients we use traditional methods that exclude the use of any preservatives, enhancers and dough conditioners. After a long fermentation process,even our croissants, our products are then baked off using a traditional wood fired oven.
