Wedding cake from earlier on this year. Absolutely loved the background to this one.

Loved how the acrylic spacer broke up the tiers and allowed the backlight to shine through.

Dressed with the same flowers as the brides bouquet and table flowers 🌷

How super cute are these cupcakes which I made for a surprise baby shower ❤️ 👶 ❤️

My client chose lemon cupcakes for all, half with raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache and the other half with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream 🙌🏼

Rich chocolate sponge filled with silky milk chocolate ganache the covered in even more chocolate ganache and topped with fresh strawberries and a white chocolate drip

Something a little different to the usual “pretty cakes”

I was asked to create a cake for a fan of the band, Slipknot and came up with this.

The mask is based on the one worn by the bands front man, Corey Taylor. Whilst not a complete replica, my client instantly knew what it was and who’s mask it was… mission accomplished 🙌🏼❤️

The cake was 4 layers of vanilla sponge filled with raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache!
