✨ Introducing the heart and soul of Bel Sourire — our Cake Lady, Dr Jin Chu. 🤍🎂

If you’ve ever wondered who is behind the cakes, the little details, the beautiful surroundings and the warm smiles at Bel Sourire… it’s Jin.

Our Owner, Head Pastry Chef and Cake Artist, Jin is a true perfectionist at heart. From the smallest decoration on a cake to the way your tea is served, she believes that every detail matters. Her dream has never simply been about making beautiful cakes — it’s about creating beautiful moments, memories and smiles for every person who walks through our doors.

With a PhD in Food Science and having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, Jin has spent years combining knowledge, creativity and endless passion to create her own little dream at Bel Sourire.

Her ultimate dream?

To make the best cakes in the whole universe… 🌎✨

Yesterday was such an emotional and unforgettable evening. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who came to celebrate our launch with us. Having so many friends, family, local businesses, customers and members of our community there meant more to me than I can put into words. Every kind word, every smile and every bit of support was truly felt and deeply appreciated. 🥹❤️

Bel Sourire 2.0 is officially open! ✨

And with that, a new chapter of my dream-chasing journey begins.

I’ve already seen and felt the challenges that come with growing from our little shop into a much bigger space. It’s definitely not going to be easy, but I’ve always believed that the bigger the challenge, the closer it takes me to my dream.

There is still so much to learn, so much to build, and so many dreams I want to make happen. But I’m ready for the journey. 💪🏻✨
