Moist and dense chocolate cake (bottom)
Coffee-creme filling
Enveloped in coffee Swiss meringue buttercream
Decadent dark chocolate drip
Topped with vanilla/mocha/choco flavoured macaroons
Embelished with gold dust!

My first cake of the year… a golden ube cake for a special someone that just turned fifty and fabulous!

Fluffy ube chiffon cake layers (top 2)
Moist and dense vanilla cake (bottom)
Yema filling (bottom)
Ube jam filling (middle)
Enveloped in vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream
Topped with fruity flavoured macaroons
Embelished with gold dust!

3 layers of fluffy vanilla chiffon cake,
With yema (vanilla curd) bottom filling,
Whipped cream and strawberry bits as top filling,
Covered with very subtle strawberry-flavored swiss meringue buttercream,
Dripped with white chocolate ganache,
And topped with luscious chocolate covered strawberries!

My first christmas bake in my new kitchen! 🍫🍪👩🏻‍🍳🎄🌟

Nothing like chocolate crinkles to set the mood for Christmas! Their indulgently chocolatey with a crumbly outside and moist inside… the sugar coating looks like snow! ❄️

They are definitely perfect to pair with hot drinks or by itself… nice for gifting too! (These went to my new neighbors). 😇🎁♥️

My first ever try on vegan, dairy free and gluten free baking with these gorgeous…

Banana and dark chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting! 🍌+🍫=🧁

Carrot and walnut cupcakes with vanilla frosting! 🥕+🌰=🧁

I made these for a local fundraiser. It was intimidating trying something new and out of my comfort zone. Got to help out. Learned so much in the process. And I’m so glad that they turned up so so so good!

Every bite was packed with moist, flavourful, and sweet goodness… with less guilt too!
