So far today I've made 2 coconut cakes, 2 lemon drizzle cakes, a dozen triple chocolate cup cakes, and 16 coconut squares, Still got a way to go yet though. I'm loving it!!

I've been busy making cupcakes this morning. These are my banoffee cupcakes. I've used my banana cake recipe and they've got a gooey caramel centre with a fudgy caramel topping, finished off with a crunchy banana chip and chocolate sprinkles. They'll definitely satisfy a sweet craving!

Hello again. I've been busy baking in the kitchen (wearing my lovely new apron from Rick) and I thought I should add a few more things to my previous post.

I would just like to say that all my cakes are lovingly made using only the finest ingredients, which all helps them to taste extra yummy.

Now, I know it's January and you're all on a diet (even me - don't laugh!) but everyone deserves a little treat now and then. Everything in moderation and all that... Anyway, I don't just make novelty and celebration cakes, I also make luscious lemon drizzle cakes, very bananary banana cakes, carroty carrot cakes, double chocolate chocolate cakes, coffee and walnut cakes, old fashioned bread pudding and many, many more - in fact if you name it I'll have a go at baking it!

I'm not saying eat cake every day, just when you need a little pick-me-up, or to say Thank You to someone or to take to work on someone's birthday or just because it's the weekend!...

Everybody loves cake, and everyone's got their favourite. What's yours?

Hello. I've just started this page because I have finally decided to take my cake making seriously. Please like my page. Here are some pictures of cakes I've made.
