My oh my, this time of the year couldn't get better

Except with a selection of new pastries of course 🤤

Fig, prosciutto, goat cheese and walnuts 🍖🧀

The title says it all but I can go into details if you want:

Croissant dough, fresh figs, prosciutto, whipped goat cheese, candied walnuts

We couldn't really add anything else on top of it tbf 🙌

Yes it's too early for Christmas

No it's not too late for plums

Charlotte is back for a new cocktail class at Hive Bakehouse!

Your senses will go on a wonderful journey of nature connection as you guess your way through 3 different cocktails, learning about the folklore and history of the plants used.

You'll shake and crush, sniff and sip and at the end of it all, you'll receive an electronic recipe booklet so you can go and make them again!

Throughout the evening, you'll be able to enjoy some freshly made nibbles and to finish off the workshop, a dessert style cocktail!

Please ensure you tell us about any allergies, regular medications and dietary requirements beforehand as some of the ingredients may not be suitable for you.

Alcohol free can be catered for but tastes may vary and some foraged ingredients are not suitable for consumption during pregnancy.
