Eating a lobster is less of a meal and more of a tactile event. It’s one of the few high-end dining experiences that requires you to roll up your sleeves, don a plastic bib, and get your hands dirty in the pursuit of perfection. A rare opportunity to defy your parents' stern warnings and actually play with your food.
The thrill lies in the contrast between the rugged struggle and the silky reward.
The excitement starts the moment the platter hits the table. There’s the visual drama of the bright red carapace resting against a backdrop of lemon wedges and, traditionally, a small, flickering candle under a ceramic pot of drawn butter. (We'll have the hot butter of course, just not the fancy ceramic hot-pot..) The aroma hits you first: briny, sweet, rich and delicious!
As a welcome contrast to the Lobster, we’ve paired a sweet, rich, dressed crab, plump & tender steamed mussels, snappy & shattery crispy squid and the intense crunch of salty whitebait. Friends indeed. 🤩
This is not just fish night, it is a feast not to be missed, which you can now book through our website. We'll look forward to welcoming you then. Yum! 😀 (Plastic bibs will be provided!)
