This chocolate caramel mud cake is a firm favourite for this customer, and despite a scramble for a cute topper (typical Royal Mail taking too long!) it came out cute! 🚙2️⃣🍰

8”, 4 thick layers with caramel core, caramel buttercream and vanilla outer buttercream. Easily feeds 30+ people!

What a milestone! Cute little cake for a birthday celebration today - classic Victoria sponge with jam and vanilla buttercream. Along with a batch of chocolate mud cupcakes with salted caramel centre and caramel buttercream! Bit of both required I think!
