Hello hello Mudcake lovers!

It’s been such a busy few weeks I haven’t had a chance to properly show you the summer menu (although a LOT of you have already tasted it! 😁).

Starting with…

⭐️ Raspberry Eton Mess Blondes!! ⭐️

These delicious blondes are bursting with oodles of raspberries from boxtedberries (the absolute best) covered top to toe in scrumptious homemade meringue chunks, filled with melted white chocolate and dusted with dried raspberries!

If that doesn’t sound incredible then I don’t know what does.

They are soooooo yummy and perfect for picnics, get togethers, afternoon teas and late morning pick me ups! 💕
